A 46 year old Isreali woman, known as Sharon Fidel in a viral video has done what many may view as being weird.
The 46 year old after surviving a life saving surgery from cardiac arrest decided to do away with her old heart by buring it.
According to reports, Sharon suffered from heart problems for more than a decade after becoming pregnant with her daughter, this necessitated the urgent need for a transplant donor.
Three months ago, she received a heart from the family of a 16-year-old who died in a fatal accident.
She explained that her own heart was being kept in the pathology department of a hospital for research purposes.
The Isreali woman who shared the video of her self during the emotional ceremony was seen wearing a pair of latex gloves and takes her old heart, which is in a white plastic bucket, out of the back of her car.
Speaking to Israeli newspaper, Haaretz, she said: “Everything is authentic in the film, and I trembled when I put the heart into the ground. I believe that, additionally, the excitement and fear of attempting to really touch the organ and pick it up – all those things caused the trembling. It was very scary.”
