The Spanish international
football superstar playing for Real Madrid, Isco has disappointed Barcelona
chiefs by turning down their contract deal offer and instead signing another
five-year deal for the reigning European and Spanish League champions.
Barcelona have shown serious
interest to lure the Spanish player away from the Bernabeu this summer after
losing Brazilian star Neymar to Paris Saint Germain in a world record deal.
But Barcelona was greatly
disappointed after Isco signed another five year deal with his club Real Madrid.
His new deal at Real Madrid
however comes with a stunning release clause of £634 million, and it is not
certain if Barcelona would want to break the bank to land him.
Since joining Real Madrid,
Isco has won three Champions League titles and La Liga once, the Super Cup
three times and the Club World Cup twice as well as one Copa del Rey.
